“The Directors have received a commitment from the Ultimate Parent undertaking, Marubeni Corporation, that they will continue to provide the Group with financial support by way of the 'Group Cash Pooling Facility' so that the Group meet its liabilities as up to 31 December 2026. The financial statements have therefore been prepared on a going concern basis. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the group and parent company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period to 31 December 2026”
