Material uncertainty over going concern
The Directors are of the opinion that the Company's subsidiary is well positioned to obtain appropriate finance ahead of maturity due to the prime nature of the property with a strong tenant base, the reasonable level of loan to value required and overall satisfactory level of rental income above the expected interest cost along with the wider Group's strong track record of arranging refinancing ahead of repayment date. Based on the above considerations, the Directors have determined it is appropriate to continue to adopt the going concern basis for preparing the Company's financial statements. The financial statements do not include the adjustments that would result if the Company were unable to continue as a going concern.
