The financial statements of the Company are prepared on a break up basis. As at 31 December 2024, the Company reported a profit of £750 (2023: £1,992) and had a positive equity of £102 (2023: £2,094). The partners of HE2 Telford 2 Limited Partnership have confirmed that they plan for the partnership to be dissolved during 2025. The Directors have therefore assessed the likelihood of the Company being able to continue to trade for at least 12 months from the date of signing of the financial statements. Accordingly, given that the principal purpose of the Company is no longer applicable, the Directors propose to wind up the Company within the next 12 months. As such, the financial statements for the year have been prepared on the basis other than going concern.
