“The Group's financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 have been prepared on a going-concern basis. The directors have considered the Group's forecasts and cash flows, the level of cash resources at year-end, and access to committed financing facilities. Having made appropriate enquiries and regard being had to post-year-end actions undertaken to strengthen liquidity, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
