The company is dependent upon the continued support of its parent undertaking for its continued existence. The parent undertaking has indicated that it will not withdraw its support for the foreseeable future. The Directors have considered the position of the parent undertaking and have taken into account the plans for the operation of the company, and consider that the going concern basis is appropriate.”
