“The Director considers the going concern basis of accounting to be appropriate. The Company operates as the UK operation for the JFrog group and is dependent on the support of its parent to operate. The Director has received confirmation that the group will continue to support the Company as necessary for the foreseeable future and therefore has not identified any material uncertainties that would cast significant doubt on the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern.”
