Significant events
- “The outstanding rent review from June 2021 of the Group's Aftersales Centre at Bromley-by-Bow was determined after an Arbitration Review process in June 2024 with the Arbitrator setting the rent at £445,340 per annum. As a result of this significant increase on the existing rent of £245,000, the Group decided that it was no longer viable to operate an aftersales business from this facility and so took the decision to close this facility. The Group closed the aftersales facility at the end of September 2024 and entered into a supporting payment plan with the Landlord to settle the outstanding liabilities at the surrender date of 13 November 2024.”
- “Subsequent to the year end, Jaguar Land Rover were subject to a cyber incident that caused all their partners, including the Group, considerable disruption to the supply of vehicles during September and October before supply started to come through in late October.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
