- Unqualified (clean)
- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The Group incurred a loss after tax of £8.7m (2023: £11.8m) for the year ended 31 December 2024 and net assets of £64.4m (2023: net liabilities of £4.5m) and net current liabilities of £139.6m (2023: £134.4m) as at 31 December 2024. The directors acknowledge that the continuing ability of the Group to meet its financial obligations and continue as a going concern is dependent on the support of their lenders. ... The directors consider that action by the lenders to call upon its debt is unlikely, but acknowledge that this represents a material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt upon the Group's ability to continue as a going concern.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
