“The company has net current asset of $30,126,832 (2023: $22,494,010) as set out in the statement of financial position on page 23. The Company also has a cash balance of $4,391,316 (2023: $3,713,979) and short-term receivable from the in-house cash pooling arrangement of $27,222,502 (2023: $12,236,228). The increase in short-term receivable from the Company's cost-plus model. In assessing whether the going concern basis is appropriate, the directors take into account all available information about the future, up to and including end of September 2026, which is 12 months from the date of the approval of these financial statements. The directors have performed this review at a company level and have concluded that it does not impact the going concern of the business. Thus, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”
