("Hookipa") In accordance with Rule 2.4(c) of the Code, HOOKIPA was required, pursuant to Rule 2.6(a) of the Code, by no later than 5.00 p.m. on 30 January 2025, later extended to 5.00pm on 27 February 2025, to either announce a firm intention to make an offer for the Company, under Rule 2.7 of the Code, or announce that it does not intend to make an offer for the Company. Pursuant to Rule 2.8 of the Code on 20 February 2025 Hookipa announced that it does not intend to make an offer for Poolbeg under Rule 2.7 of the Code.”
