“Management has performed an assessment of the Group's ability to operate as a going concern, taking into account future growth and fundraising in the form of equity and debt. The Group have historically been loss making and are projected to incur losses in the next two financial years but is currently forecast to become EBITDA positive in 2027. The Group have also secured Series C funding post year end. Based on the fact the company has raised significant equity post year end, the directors have concluded the company has sufficient financial resources and facilities to settle its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the approval of these financial statements.”
