- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis which the directors believe to be appropriate for the following reasons. Management has prepared forecasts covering a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements with no issues for going concern identified. The Company's strong cash position significantly enhances its going concern assessment. With no external debt, the Company actively mitigates liquidity risk through a comprehensive cash management programme, incorporating both short-term and long-term cash forecasting. This approach ensures that sufficient funds are available for ongoing operations and planned expansions. Consequently, the directors are confident that the Company will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and therefore have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
Significant events
- “During 2024 the business continued to see some customers progressing their projects slower than initially forecast, due to funding constraints or changing the timing of the plant start-up due to market factors. This has the impact of delaying the recognition of income to a later period.”
- “On 31 March 2025, INVISTA Textiles (U.K) Limited transferred all of its shares in Koch Technology Solutions UK Limited to Koch Engineering Solutions Investments UK Ltd.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
