Going concern
Affirmed

“Notwithstanding the loss for the period (arising in the group due to the funding structure of the group and taking into consideration the trading profits of the group), the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors believe to be appropriate. The directors have considered the most recent forecast cash flows and covenant compliance covering the period to the end of May 2026. These forecast cash flows consider the reasonable possible changes in trading and the group's access to financial resources which consist of two term loans which will mature in 2028 and a revolving credit facility available until May 2026. These facilities provide security over the group's funding for an extended period of time beyond the forecast period of 12 months.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
