Forvis Mazars LLP
Going concern
Affirmed

“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis, which presumes that the Company will be able to meet its obligations as they fall due for the foreseeable future. The Company made a loss after tax for the year of $5.6m principally due to impairments in certain contracts (e.g., cookstove projects), at the year-end a working capital surplus was $7.7m. The Company has prepared financial forecasts for the short and long term which demonstrate that, even in a reasonable downside case, the Company will have sufficient funds to meet its obligations as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-03-31 vs 2024-03-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
