“Given the group's strong cash position and continued strong trading, as evidenced by its financial results, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and, consequently, continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. A letter of support has been obtained from G2V Topco Limited, the parent entity, confirming that the group will continue to support G2V Intermediate Holdings Limited (formerly G2V Bidco Limited) for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Furthermore, G2V Recruitment Group Limited confirms that it will not recall intercompany loan amounts for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements, nor is there any related covenants associated with the loans.”
