Going concern
Affirmed

“The Directors anticipate continuing as a going concern and continue to monitor the potential developments noted above in order to mitigate the impact to the Company's financial performance. The Directors do not anticipate changes to the nature of the business that would materially impact the Company's operations. The annual service fees, the availability of a $650 million revolving credit facility at DGSL, and the ability to implement certain cost containment initiatives will allow the Company to have sufficient working capital to meet its financial obligations for at least the next 12 months. The Company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-05-31 vs 2024-05-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
