“Management have prepared financial projections for the group headed by Hercules Topco Limited which indicate that the group and the company can continue to operate as a going concern. These projections cover the 12 months from the signing date and reflect known and expected impacts on the business over this period. The Directors are satisfied that the company is in a position to meet its liabilities as they fall due over the next 12 months.
