“The financial statements of the Company are prepared on a going concern basis, which assumes that the Company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. As at 31 December 2024, the Company reported a profit of £750 (2023: £2,238) and had a positive equity of £3,090 (2023: £2,340). UK Industrial Club II SCSp ( 'SCSp'), the immediate parent company, has confirmed its intention to provide financial support to the Company to meet any future financial obligations as and when they fall due.”
