“Notwithstanding group net current liabilities of £5,017,000 (2023 - £5,123,000), and a profit in the period of £586,000 (2023 - loss £1,359,000) the group and company financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. At the balance sheet date, the group was financed through other loans totalling £7,121,000, which was owed to Banbury Street Limited, a related party. The directors have prepared cash flow forecasts for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements ("the going concern period") which indicate that, taking account of severe but plausible downsides, the group and company will have sufficient funds to continue to meet their liabilities as they fall due for the going concern period. These forecasts assume the continuing availability of the existing funding provided by Banbury Street Limited. Banbury Street Limited has indicated that they will continue to make available such funds as are needed by the group and company to pay their liabilities as they fall due for the going concern assessment period and that they will not seek repayment of amounts outstanding for at least that period. As with any company placing reliance on other entities for financial support, the directors acknowledge that there can be no certainty that this support will continue although, at the date of approval of these financial statements, they have no reason to believe that it will not do so. Based on the above, the directors believe that it remains appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”

Significant events
- “The loss in the year to February 2023 related to a catastrophic event occurring at its anaerobic digester in the early part of the year which required a significant amount of repair and loss of energy export tariff. The plant was recommissioned in December 2022 and returned to full operational status from February 2023.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
