“The Financial Statements are prepared on the going concern basis which assumes the Company will continue in operational existence and be able to meet its liabilities as and when they fall due in the foreseeable future. Although the Company is in a net current liability position at the Statement of Financial Position date, the Fund has provided a letter of support and committed to provide financial support where necessary for a period of 12 months from the date of the audit report. The Directors monitor the cash flow to ensure that the Company can continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due.”
