Material uncertainty over going concern
In December 2023, the directors have decided to no longer proceed with the project and the company has therefore ceased trading. The directors have also decided to keep the company dormant and may use it for future development opportunities. Taking into account all available information about the future, which is at least twelve months from the date when the financial statements are authorised for issue, the company has ceased to trade and hence the company is no longer treated as a going concern for the period ended 31 March 2025 and the financial statements are prepared on a basis other than going concern. The financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than that of a going concern which includes, where appropriate, writing down the entity's assets to net realisable value. The financial statements do not include any provision for the future costs of terminating the business of the entity except to the extent that such costs were committed at the end of the reporting period. No other adjustments arose as a result of ceasing to apply going concern basis.
