“The Directors have considered the Company and Group's financial position, cash flow forecasts and post year-end trading performance. Trading since the year end has been in line with expectations, with revenues and margins demonstrating resilience despite ongoing market challenges. The Company and Group has adequate financial resources available, supported by committed banking facilities and ongoing positive relationships with its lenders and key stakeholders. On this basis, and having made the appropriate enquiries, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company and Group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and accordingly continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing these financial statements.”
