“The Company is reliant for its working capital on funds provided to it by the Company's parent undertaking, OCI Chemicals B.V., in the current year. Post year end, the company was acquired by the Methanex Corporation, and now relies on its new parent company, Methanex Fuels Europe B.V., who has confirmed that it will continue to make such funds available to the Company for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements and, in particular, will not seek repayment of the amounts currently made available. This should enable the company to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future by meeting its liabilities as they fall due.”

• “On 27 June 2025, the company was acquire by Methanex Corporation, a company registered in Canada. As a result, the company's name has been changed from OCI Fuels UK Limited to Methanex Fuels UK Ltd. The immediate parent company is now BioMethanol Chemie Holding II B.V., and there has been a changed in directors. This transaction does not affect the financial position of the Company as at 31 December 2024, and therefore no adjustments have been made to these financial statements.”
