“The Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Company has an asset agreement with 4th Industrial (UK) Limited Partnership that enables 4th Industrial Management Ltd to charge fees to cover operational costs. In addition, TPG RE III EU Holdings SCSp has provided a letter to 4th Industrial Management Ltd confirming that it will continue to support the Company 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. The Directors have therefore adopted the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”
