“As a result of this detailed assessment, including the various scenarios and mitigating actions available to the Group, and with reference to its balance sheet and existing committed facilities, whilst acknowledging the inherent uncertainty of the current economic outlook, the Board has concluded that the Group is able to meet its obligations when they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of this report. The directors have reviewed the company's financial performance and position and with regard to the loss made for the year and net liability position as at year end, the directors have obtained a letter of support from the parent company to meet the company's liabilities as they fall due over a period of at least 12 months from the date of this report. For this reason, the company continues to adopt the going concern basis for preparing the financial statements.”
