“The Company is an intermediate holding entity for the wider Group but relies on the cashflows of entities within the Group. It is therefore, the status of the Group which is relevant in the assessment of the going concern assumption. In May 2025, the European operations of Generator were sold to Aluminum Bidco European Hostels Limited (a Brookfield Asset Management group company) for total consideration of €776 million with expected completion date of 31st July 2025. The management is currently in discussion with the lender to renew the Freehand debts as well as a potential Shareholder Loan upsize to repay the Freehand debt if needed. The remaining entities of the Group have full financial support from the ultimate parent company and shareholders.”
