“These Financial Statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. In making this assessment of going concern, the Directors have considered plausible downside scenarios, including the impact of the events and adverse market conditions arising from war in Ukraine. These scenarios consider the impact on the financial performance of the Company, and its ability to settle obligations as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of the approval of these financial statements. Based on these scenarios, the Directors conclude that it is appropriate to prepare financial statements on a going concern basis.”
