Significant progress was made with the development of Signal's technology platform (CX Hub), with the ongoing transition of Signal's private cloud environment to its public cloud environment (this transition is set to complete in FY 26). Signal EcoVardis ESG score was upgraded from Silver to Gold. In 2025, Signal's focus is to strengthen its Product Management capability, and grow market share in its financial services and charity market segments.”
