Going concern
Affirmed

“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. Salisbury Debtco Limited, an immediate parent, has confirmed it can and will provide financial support to the Company in meeting its liabilities for the period from the approval of these financial statements to 31 December 2026. The Directors have therefore considered the going concern assessment undertaken at the Salisbury Debtco Limited level, the conclusion of which is that even under a severe but plausible downside scenario there is headroom in relation to both liquidity and covenants. After making enquiries including reviewing the parent's forecast cashflows, they are satisfied the parent has sufficient resources to do so. Accordingly, the Directors of the Company believe that it is appropriate to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
