“The Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of at least 12 months from the date of this report. No significant change is expected in the nature of the business, in that it will hold receivables, financed by loans. On a group level, the directors of the Group have considered the adoption of the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements given the economic climate and have formed the conclusion that there are no material uncertainties with respect to the Group's ability to continue as a going concern for the foreseeable future.”
