“On 3 July 2025, the Group received a capital contribution from its parent company Cantor Fitzgerald LP of USD$10,000k. This injection has provided sufficient resources to the Group in order to meet liabilities as they fall due for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of the balance sheet. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the Directors' Report and financial statements.”
