“The directors, report that, having reviewed both the Company and the Group's current performance, its current cash position, the repayment profile of its existing debt structure and the resilience of its 12 month cash flow forecasts of the NEXT Group to a series of severe but plausible downside scenarios such as further enforced store closures, they have reasonable expectation that the Group has adequate resources to continue its operations for the foreseeable future. As part of this review, a joint letter of support for the Group for at least 12 months from the date of signing has been signed by the directors of NEXT plc and Victoria's Secret & Co.. For this reason, the directors have continued to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
