The sale consideration valued the company's property at £101.1 million, which was in-line with the year-end carrying value (see note 13). Additionally, on 4 June 2025 the Parent Company acquired the entire ordinary share capital of two wholly owned subsidiaries within the CLS Holdings Plc Group, being New Printing House Square Limited and CLS Prescot Limited. The two acquisitions made by the Parent Company were made to provide sufficient loan security after the sale of Spring Mews (Student) Limited.”
