Under the old arrangements, the Company did not have a direct contract with Caliplay, although cashflows from Caliplay ended up in the Company through intercompany agreements. However, under the revised arrangements effective on 31 March 2025, the Company has now entered into a direct agreement with Caliente Interactive Inc.”

This matter is considered a non-adjusting post balance sheet event and at present there is no indication as to the impact, if any, on Playtech Software Limited and the wider Playtech Group.”
