The financial statements are prepared on a basis other than going concern. No adjustment arose as a result of preparing the accounts on a basis other than as a going concern. The financial statements do not include any provision for future costs of terminating the business of the company except to the extent that such were committed at the balance sheet date. Notwithstanding the Company's net asset position of $40.5M, following the sale of its only investment in Metaswitch Networks Ltd, it is the expectation that a process to liquidate the company will commence. Thus, the directors have decided to adopt a basis other than going concern in preparing the annual report and accounts.
