Material uncertainty over going concern
The group made a profit of $2,754,126 for the year ended 31 March 2025 (2024:loss of $2,418,945) and as at that date its current liabilities exceeded its current assets by $24,750,053 (2023: $19,558,048). The Directors are implementing a number of measure to return the Group to a profitable position and ensure that funds will be available for its operations as detailed below: In 2024, the CE Power Solutions Limited, it's subsidiary signed Power Purchase Agreement with Terra Aua Environmental Consultancy Limited and Prima Corpration Limited to supply 5.2 MW and 3.75 MW. The Directors are convinced that the Group is adequately positioned to continue in operations in the year ahead and consequently. prepared these financial statements on a going concern basis. This basis presumes that the steps taken by the Directors as listed above will yield positive result and the Group will be able to realise its assets and settle its liabilities in the ordinary course of business. The group has obtained a letter of support from its parent indicating that it will continue to provide financial support required for the groups operations.
