“As at 31 December 2024, the Company's current assets exceeded its current liabilities and are expected to continue to do so. The Company is dependent on, and contributes to, the continued success of the Amazon.com, Inc. group. The directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue as an operational business for the foreseeable future, being twelve months from the approval of the financial statements (until the end of February 2026).
