“The directors have prepared cashflow forecast which indicate the company have sufficient resources available to enable to continue in operation existence for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Based on the forecasts noted above, the directors believe the company is expected to continue to achieve a healthy and strong profitability forecast and shall be able to generate positive cash flows for the foreseeable future.
