• “The Moxy Glasgow Merchant City hotel was closed by the landlord on 6th May 2024 until 17th December 2024 to undertake extensive roof repair works. Landlord agreed to compensate the Company for business interruption to the value of £1.4m.”
• “On 7 November 2024, 100% shareholding of the Company was sold by the immediate parent, Hotel Co 51 B.V. to VHOS UK HOT 1 Ltd (100% subsidiary of Vastint Hospitality BV), registered office is 135 High Street, Stratford, London, UK.”
• “On 1 August 2025, long term leasehold properties Moxy London Stratford and Moxy Edinburgh Fountainbridge were transferred to newly incorporated legal entities Hotel Co 51 UK LONOF Ltd and Hotel Co 51 UK EDIOF Ltd, respectively. On 1 September 2025 the parent company initiated a formal sale process of the shares of direct shareholding entity of the Company which manages 15 hotels within its portfolio.”
