Material uncertainty over going concern
The Trust's funding agreement with the ESFA ended on 30 November 2024 and all of the operating assets of the Trust were transferred with the schools. The Trust has been in negotiations with the ESFA to ensure that the liabilities that have not transferred with the schools are supported by the ESFA so that a solvent winding up of the Trust can be achieved. The accounts have therefore been prepared on a basis other than going concern.

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
