“The Directors have, at the time of approving the financial statements, a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Further information is included in note 2 to the financial statements. The Directors therefore consider it appropriate to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements. The assessment period for the purposes of considering the going concern basis is to 30 June 2026, being at least 12 months from the date on which these financial statements have been signed. In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period to 30 June 2026. The Company has received a letter of support from the parent company of the Group of which the Company is a part, IQSA Holdco Limited (the Group) covering the Going Concern Period to 30 June 2026. ... Accordingly, after making enquiries and having considered forecasts and appropriate sensitivities, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has sufficient resources to continue in operational existence for the Going Concern Period and accordingly continue to adopt a going concern basis for the preparation of the financial statements.”
