“The Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, which as a minimum is 12 months from the date of these financial statements. Whilst the Company is a holding company, its subsidiaries are trading entities generating revenue, profit and positive cash flow, and are forecasted to continue to do so for the foreseeable future, including when considering reasonably plausible downside scenarios. On this basis, the Directors adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
