“The group traded at a loss for the year to 31 December 2024, but expects to make significant progress towards a return to profitability in the new financial year. Whilst the Consolidated Statement of Financial Position shows a net liability position at 31 December 2024, the directors have received assurances from both HPL (Europe) Pte Ltd, and Como Holdings (Europe) Limited that neither shareholder will seek repayment of the intercompany loans, as disclosed per note 18, and both will provide further financial assistance if necessary, for a period of at least twelve months from the date these financial statements were approved.”
