“After making enquiries and bearing in mind the nature of the Company's business and assets, the Directors consider that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the next 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The Company's principal outgoings relate to intercompany recharges. The Company's income is derived from rental income on its investment properties. The Company benefits from secure income streams from its care home property leases, each with long average unexpired lease terms. As at 31 December 2024 the Company is in a £27.6 million net asset position and has made profit for the period of £2.5 million. Impact Finance 2 Limited and Impact Finance 4 Limited have provided the Company with an undertaking that for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements, they will continue to make available such funds as are required by the Company in order to enable the Company to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and to meet its obligations and liabilities as they fall due for payment and in particular will not seek repayment of the amounts currently made available unless the Company is able to make such repayment and to continue as a going concern.”
