“Financial projections and budgets indicate that the Company will continue to be profitable in the short to medium term and available liquid cash resources are adequate to cover operating costs and anticipated liabilities. The Company's performance outlined in year to date management accounts are consistent with projections and budgets prepared. Directors of the Company have received a letter of support from its parent providing sufficient assurance and comfort that the assistance is forthcomingshould it be required and that the intercompany debt will not be called in. Based on the above factors, the Directors are satisfied and confident that the entity has the ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements and that the going concern basis of preparation of the financial statements is appropriate.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
