Affirmed

“The Directors have reviewed the sales pipeline and customer portfolio of Coveris Louth in conjunction with Coveris group and have been awarded further sales volumes from sister companies. The forecasts show continued sales opportunities to maintain the Louth business at full capacity for 2025 and beyond. After considering key factors such as liquidity, revenue and profitability as well as considering appropriate sensitivities on these measures, combined with the continued group support and ongoing availability from the group wide cash pooling facility the Directors have assessed that the business can adapt to the new customer markets enabling it to continue as a going concern.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
