“The Directors believe that preparing the financial statements on the going concern basis is appropriate due to the continued financial support of the major shareholders. The Directors have received confirmation that the major shareholders intend to support the Company for at least 12 months after these financial statements are signed. Furthermore, the Board of Directors have reviewed the working capital requirements of the Group for a period of at least 12 months following the signing date of these financial statements and consider that the Group has adequate reserves to fulfil all of the Group's obligations as they fall due and therefore consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
