Affirmed

“The company will be profitable in the future as the company is entitled to a fixed margin on its services to its indirect parent company which is primarily funding the UK company cash flow. The company also has positive equity and positive net current assets. A letter of support from Nvidia Corporation has been obtained stating that Nvidia Corporation will continue to support the company and provide the company the necessary cash flow required for its operations for a period of at least 12 months from the date these financial statements were approved. The Directors have reasonable expectation that the company and Nvidia Corporation have adequate resources to continue in operational existence and meet their liabilities for the foreseeable future, being a period of at least 12 months from the date these financial statements were approved. Taking into account the above, the directors are of the opinion that the company can continue to operate as a going concern.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-01-31 vs 2024-01-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
