Material uncertainty over going concern
We draw attention to Note 2 in the financial statements which shows that the company incurred a deficit of £59,843 during the year ended 31 March 2025 and, as of that date, the company's current liabilities exceeded its total assets by £1,014,681. As stated in Note 2, the entity has continued support in relation to funding already advanced from the Shareholder and continues to meet, or agree arrangements, for all liabilities as they fall due. Management have put in place a plan aiming to address profitability concerns along with sufficient cash reserves to support the going concern basis of preparation. The continued losses incurred by the entity, however, indicates that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter.

Significant events
- “Year ended 31 March 2025 was a positive year for the Company; whilst house sales were challenging, with three homes remaining unsold at the end of the year, the Company saw overall positive trading across its Kingfisher Caravan Park operations.”
- “Holiday sales and caravan sales fell slightly below target, very positive revenues were generated through the Company's 'bring on's' model that again exceeded base forecasts.”
- “the Company to agree an 'income share' model with the Shareholder and enjoy 50% of the pitch fee income received by the Shareholder as a consequence of the Company enabling occupation of vacant Shareholder pitches; during the year, the income share derived £305,000 revenue for Invest East Lindsey Limited”
- “During the year, three homes were sold at the Company's Chapel St Leonards development; whilst disappointing in terms of in year financial performance, their carry over into 2025/26 revenue forecasts is healthy and offers significant cash additions.”
- “A key movement for the Company during the year was the full renegotiation of its loan repayments to the Shareholder; the revised contractual arrangements give the Company clear, highly manageable redemption sums throughout the debt period that further strengthens the Company's strong cash flow model.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
