“The Directors believe that the Company's financial position and resources, including its relationship with its parent entity (see Note 3 for further details), Davidson Kempner Hawthorne Partners LLC ('DKHUS'), are sufficient to maintain the Company's financial position, manage its business risks, and have a reasonable expectation to continue in operational existence for the 12 month period following the date of signing of these financial statements. Given this assessment, the Company will continue to adopt a going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
